Who we are
This website, digitalpath.az, is operated by Digital Path LLC, Baku, Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”). For any question about your personal data, write to sales@digitalpath.az.
What data we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, email address and/or phone number, and the text of your message.
When you visit the site: our web server records standard technical data for every request — IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page and browser type (user agent).
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics services. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
- To keep the site secure and working: protecting the form from spam and abuse, diagnosing errors — based on our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregated form only (number of visits, popular pages). We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Who receives it
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our team through the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.), whose servers may be located outside Azerbaijan. The website is hosted on a server rented from a hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries — for as long as needed to communicate with you, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer storage.
- Server logs — up to 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Aggregated statistics without IP addresses may be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@digitalpath.az. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
